At Mazh, we take pride in the quality of our diaper bags. To give you peace of mind, every Mazh Bag comes with a 12-month limited replacement warranty from the date of purchase.

✅ What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in stitching, zippers, buckles, straps, and hardware

• Material faults in our premium vegan leather

• Craftsmanship issues that affect the use of your bag

❌ What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear-and-tear (scuffs, scratches, fading, softening of material)

• Accidental damage (spills, stains, misuse, overloading)

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

• Purchases from unauthorized resellers

🔄 How It Works

1. Submit a Claim: Email our support team at [insert email] with your proof of purchase and clear photos of the fault.

2. Assessment: Our team will review your claim within 5 business days.

3. Resolution: If approved, we’ll provide a replacement bag at no additional cost.

   • If the exact model is no longer available, you’ll receive store credit or a similar style of equal value. 

Please note: Our warranty is designed to protect against rare manufacturing issues. With proper care, your Mazh Bag will last well beyond the warranty period.
