This Shipping Policy outlines how Mazh Babies (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles the processing, dispatch, and delivery of your orders placed through www.mazhbabies.com.
We aim to ensure that your Mazh Babies products reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer two convenient delivery options:
a. Nationwide Courier Delivery (via BobGo)
All orders are shipped using BobGo Courier Services, our trusted logistics partner.

Delivery Timeframe: 2–5 business days (depending on location).

Delivery Coverage: Nationwide across South Africa, including main cities and regional areas.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking link to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, your parcel will be returned to our warehouse and you will be contacted for redelivery at your cost.
b. Showroom Collection
You may collect your order directly from our showroom by selecting “Collect in Store / Showroom Pickup” at checkout.

Collection Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Collection Notification: You will receive an email or WhatsApp message once your order is ready for collection.

Please bring your order confirmation email and ID for verification.
Orders not collected within 7 business days of notification may be cancelled and refunded (less handling costs).
3. Shipping Fees

Free delivery may apply during specific promotions or when you meet a minimum spend threshold (as advertised on the website).

Showroom collection is free of charge.
4. Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
During peak periods, promotions, or new product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping details (name, phone number, and address) are accurate and complete. Mazh Babies will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances (such as strikes, severe weather, or courier network issues) may cause delays.
Mazh Babies cannot be held liable for delays once your parcel has been handed over to BobGo Courier.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at info@shopmazh.com.

Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and tracking information.
We will investigate with BobGo and resolve the issue promptly.
8. International Shipping
