Refund policy

The policy in this section apply only to merchandise purchased using this Website.

Cancellations: You may request a cancellation on an order by emailing info@shopmazh.com within 24hours from purchase time. If you choose to cancel on a subsequent day, your credit card will be refunded the amount of the item(s) purchased. The refund may take up to 10 business days to show up on your credit card statement, for more information we recommend contacting your bank for exact policies regarding refunds/processing.

 Returns / Refunds:

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note if you are approved, only 80% of the total cost of the bag (excluding shipping fee) will then be refunded to you.  The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 working days.

 Exchange (incorrect product or color ordered)

• Contact MAZH within 3 (three) days of receipt of the product.
• MAZH will exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product. 
• We will check all returns before the refund or exchange is issued. 
• You will be liable, in terms of section 44(2) of the ECT Act, for the direct costs of returning the products, such as courier and/or shipping charges.

Shipping

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 *  For the purpose of this policy, the term "incorrect address" includes but is not limited to missing suite, apartment, building numbers, incorrect street, city, or state names, or any other missing or incorrect information that causes the order to be deemed undeliverable.

*For credit card refunds, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
