Mazh Babies is a South African brand offering premium vegan leather diaper bags and accessories. Our products are sold online and through selected retail partners e.g Chelino Baby, Makro and Takealot.

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout through our secure payment gateways (e.g., Paystack, or buy now pay later options like PayJustNow, Payflex and HappyPay).

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock unavailability, incorrect pricing).

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe (usually 2–5 business days).
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

  • Risk and ownership transfer to you upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase!

You may return or exchange unused items within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, promotional items, or gift cards.

To start a return, email info@mazhbabies.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are processed once the item is inspected and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Warranty

Our products come with a 3-month manufacturing warranty.
This covers defects in workmanship or materials but excludes damage from:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorised parties

If you believe your product is faulty, contact info@mazhbabies.co.za with photos and proof of purchase.
